परराज्यातील गरजू कामगारांसाठी राज्यात २६२ मदतकेंद्र सुरु; राहण्याची-जेवणाची सोय

मुंबई, २९ मार्च: केंद्र सरकारने सर्व राज्य सरकारे आणि केंद्र शासित प्रदेशाच्या प्रशासनाला लॉकडाऊनदरम्यान प्रवासी कामगारांना रोखण्यासाठी प्रभावीपद्धतीने राज्य आणि जिल्ह्याच्या सीमा सील करण्यास सांगितले आहे. मुख्य सचिव आणि पोलिस महासंचालकांबरोबर झालेल्या व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सदरम्यान कॅबिनेट सचिव राजीव गोबा आणि केंद्रीय गृह सचिव अजय भल्ला यांनी शहरांत आणि राज्यमार्गावरील वाहतूक पूर्णपणे बंद करण्यास सांगितले आहे.

कोरोना विषाणूमुळे फक्त राज्यातच नव्हे तर संपूर्ण देशात कामगारांनी आपले स्थलांतर सुरु केले आहे. प्रत्येकाला आपल्या गावी जाण्याची ओढ लागली आहे. कृपा करुन गोंधळून जाऊन मोठी चूक करु नका. जिथे आहात तिथेच थांबा. महाराष्ट्र सरकार तुमच्या राहण्याची आणि जेवण्याची सोय करेल, असा शब्द मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी दिला होता. गर्दी करुन नवीन संकट निर्माण करु नका, असे आवाहनही त्यांनी केले होते.

मात्र त्यानंतर राज्य सरकारने अशा गरजूंसाठी संपूर्ण राज्यात एकूण २६२ मदतकेंद्र उभे केले आहेत. त्यामध्ये ७०३९९ परराज्यातील गरजू कामगारांच्या राहण्याची तसेच जेवण्याची सोय राज्य सरकारने केली आहे. त्यासंदर्भात अधिकृत ट्विट करत मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयाने माहिती दिली आहे.
