अनेक लोकांनी सहकार्य न केल्यामुळे कोरोनाचा संसर्ग वाढला: केंद्रीय आरोग्य मंत्रालय

मुंबई, ३१ मार्च: देशामध्ये कोरोना विषाणूचा संसर्ग वाढत चालला असून रुग्णांच्या संख्येतही दिवसेंदिवस झपाट्याने वाढ होत आहे. अशातच ‘काही ठिकाणी नागरिकांनी सहकार्य न केल्यामुळे कोरोना विषाणूचा संसर्ग वाढला.’, असल्याची माहिती केंद्रीय आरोग्य मंत्रालयाचे संयुक्त सचिव लव अग्रवाल यांनी दिली आहे. दिल्लीमध्ये झालेल्या पत्रकार परिषदेदरम्यान त्यांनी ही माहिती दिली.

लव अग्रवाल यांनी पुढे असे सांगितले की, देशामध्ये गेल्या २४ तासांमध्ये २२७ नव्या कोरोनाबाधित रुग्णांमध्ये भर पडली आहे. देशातील कोरोनाबाधितांचा आकडा १ हजार ४४० वर पोहचला आहे. तर २४ तासांमध्ये तिघांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. गुजरात, पश्चिम बंगाल आणि मध्य प्रदेश याठिकाणी प्रत्येकी एका रुग्णाचा मृत्यू झाला.’ तसंच, लोकांनी सहकार्य केले नाही तर कोरोनाचा संसर्ग आणखी वाढण्याची शक्यता यावेळी त्यांनी व्यक्त केली.

दरम्यान, राज्यात करोनाबाधीत रुग्णांची संख्या आज २३० वर पोहचली असून यातील १२२ रुग्ण मुंबई आणि ठाणे परिसरातील असल्याने या दोन्ही महानगरांमध्ये अधिक खबरदारी घेण्याची गरज निर्माण झाली आहे. मुंबई, ठाण्यानंतर पुण्यात करोनाचे सर्वाधिक रुग्ण आहेत. पुण्यात आतापर्यंत करोनाचे ४६ रुग्ण आढळले आहेत. त्यानंतर सांगलीत करोनाचे २५, नागपूरमध्ये १७, अहमदनगरमध्ये ५, रत्नागिरीत १, औरंगाबादमध्ये १, यवतमाळमध्ये ३, साताऱ्यात १, सिंधुदुर्गात १, कोल्हापुरात २, जळगावात १, बुलडाण्यात ३ करोनाबाधीत रुग्ण आढळले आहेत.

महाराष्ट्राची आणि मुंबईची चिंता वाढवणारी काही प्रकरणं आता हळहळू समोर येऊ लागली आहेत. राज्यात कम्युनिटी ट्रान्समिशनद्वारे करोनाचा शिरकाव झाला नसल्याच्या दाव्याला छेद देणाऱ्या घटना मागील काही दिवसात समोर आल्या आहेत. या घटनांतून करोनानं धोकायदायक ठरणाऱ्या कम्यनिटी ट्रान्समिशनमध्येही चंचुप्रवेश केला असल्याचंच दिसत आहे, असं तज्ज्ञांनी म्हटलं आहे.
