What are the incentives necessary to drives graduates from certain occupations to others?What motivates manpower to work in certain geographic locations and avoid others?What is the effect of schooling itself on attitudes and motivation, and finally what motivates workers to produce, innovate, cooperate, take risks and achieve higher productivity ?
